ok the email is a hoax. police don't send emails and they certainly don't title them 'police warning!!'
there is probably someway of charging someone if they press 90 or 09 but not this time.
This is just one of those things started by people to see if they are believed.
Like the ones you get on msn or facebook. I quite often see messages saying 'if (for example) james matthews adds you on msn/facebook don't accept it because he's a hacker and he will steal your account'
That's bull, you can't actually do that and the messages are just started by people that have grudges. For example there's someone I don't like called dan adami. I'd send a message like that to people so that he find that everyone rejects his invites and he can't get any contacts. Get the idea?
