hehe cheers, yep iv checked it, changed the seal o-ring, it doesnt leak when the bolt is forward, but it does when its back.
also when it was forward, not leaking, the bolt would not go back when i fired the gun >.>

nvm, it does leak with bolt forward. whaaat this is so annoying

Hey Chris - we all had a similar problem with the ego's and the velocity - I think it was the paint mate. I was fine tuning my Ego for ages as it was showing a spread of 20 fps over the chrono and it usually shoots really tight strings. Then Ste was having the same problem with his 08 - so I would suggest that is what you were experiencing.

paint size and bore can explain some inconsistancies, same with dimples. its now the leaks i am worried about. the bolt wont return? does it just lock? or does it move with the trigger pulls?

if you want to mate. feel free to send it my way. ill take a look. or just ask ash chaplain or fly. good thing about dye techs they is two a penny. ash is god of all dye gear.

That happend with beer's gun on sunday at the PA,
cant rememeber what he did to it. but i think he chamged the o-ring somewhere around the bolt area. Dont think it was the actual bolt that he changed the o ring on.
