I adjusted the velocity on my Proto Matrix Rail a couple of months ago, and my marker stopped working (i think i broke the o-ring?). I had it repaired but the velocity was reset and its not that powerful at all.
Iwant to increase the velocity a little but im scared of breaking it again.
How much from the stock velocity would you suggest i turn the bolt with the allen key for increased power without breaking my gun ?

Thanks =)

no probs ,if youve got a site near you that does walk on events (people with there own guns) they will have one as every gun has to be checked before playing. or you could ask if theres someone local to you with one .

pmrs dont tend to shoot same everytime so i would set it to 285 that should keep you within 300fps .you should take 3 shots and make sure none go over 300 if your doing king of the hill at masters it has to be 280fps all depends on where you play.

The velocity limit will change at every site you go to, you'll have to rechrono every time you enter a site so get used to it! Marshals and staff are almost always there to help as well, so don't fret too much.

Walkon sites generally set the limit at around 280fps, so set it to around 265-270 to allow for error.
Tournies limit it at 300fps, allow for error again.
Reball sites limit at around 225.

When you go to a site, always ask what the chrono limit is and abide by it. Nobody likes being at the recieving end of a hot shot.
