Hi guys,

Had my Pmr out today at the walkon for a shoot to make sure its working but i seem to have a small rpboem with it. At first it worked fine then i start to get a problem where my first shot went fine, second and third ok then after then wouldnt even get a ball out the barrel....

First i stripped the bolt and lubbed it all up, and seemed to be fine for a few ganmes, then it came back so puta battery in to but still have same problem!!

Any Ideas what might be up?

i think the problem is down to the asa

its an adjustable pin reg, read in the manual how to adjust this, nothing to complex.

You think it needs screwing out or in?

Is it worth putting a dye drop and on/off on it?
think it could need screwing in - but dont hold me too it - read your manual on what to do - thats what its there for :)

dont bother with a drop but get an on/off as soon as possible - i would go with a proto on/off, pretty much exactly the same but cheaper i think

but anyway get an on/off asap

What sort of battery are you using? Some (even fresh ones) are complete bollocks. Also, reset your HPR (vertical reg) to the stock setting.

Doesn't sound like an ASA problem to me...

cos its so handy - you can turn the air off - well i like that feature anyway, it also means you can screw the bottle in and out easily and also empty your bottle if thats what you do at the end of the day - i do anyway.

Erm they are just standard rechargeable batteries, but they been fine in the past (maybe they didnt get a good charge)

Played with the reg when i lubed up the bolt and it was bang on 300fps

well when i got mine i had a problem like this, my bottle has a nice long pin so i had to screw the adjuster right out, but i screwed it a little too far out, first few went fine, then all dropped off then it took ages for it to recharge as it were and then the same would happen, screwed the pin in slightly as the manual told me to and away i went

Rechargeables are not great for markers, as they don't supply enough current needed to full power the board+solenoid. Try some normal ones (i.e. Duracell) and see if it works any better.
