I haven't used them on the mini but I've used them on the PMR, bottle works fine and halo is as described!

if you turn the halo on, does it start spinning after a few seconds, if it does not, it is not working. if it does not i have 23 pounds in paypall, and i will have it (money owed) send snail mail so you still get a 20 spot, let me know dave
