A theory very widely used in business is that: Used items sell for two thirds of their original price.

brought one of the first batch of 07s cost me £600.
sat in my bag, the only person that used it was tricky. then when i came to sell it got offered £280 for what was like a new marker.
eventually sold it for a price i was happy with.
the moral of the story F**K THAT. i'm never buying a marker brand new not when there are some many decent markers second hand.
p.s. cars are even worse, but don't get me started.
