it could do, but any line can burst, it's after the reg though, so not like it's 4,500 psi coming through. The little bit of hose between the reg and marker on a bottom line set up is dangerous enough. Do what we do...........mask on when filling.

From the sounds of it I'd say you also need a donkey/ASA, which is the thing the bottle screws into that sits at the bottom of the gripframe.
Instead of buying a hose and a donkey seperately, get a bottomline set, that should include all you need and save you a few bucks.
Make sure the set comes with or without the required screws, otherwise you'll have to get those as well.

also make sure you get the right bottom line,ie spyders have diagenal holes on the gripframe,cockers,angels ect holes are in line
ps planet do a universal one,ie two sets of holes
