playing footwear?

For me ankle support is a must, whatever format ball you play the ground isn’t always level, so something like these offers me the sport I want without losing huge amounts of mobility

What do people wear when they’re playing? I was looking into either grabbing a cheap pair of Footy Boots or Airwalks, Footy Boots was will probably be better as this is England

Last years model (always a good sale) Nike football boots, the ones with the sock bit top. Keeps rocks and stuff out of your feet. It's great.

I’m not one with fashion lol I know of NIKE but what was last years model?

Nike Mercurial Superfly TF. By far the best boots I have owned - grippy, comfy, kept my feet dry over 2 days of appalling weather at the GCC last summer.

Ok so this is going to sound daft.....

So I won’t really be competing in competitions etc but do you think having these shoes will make me stand out more on the field?

I just like the colour but don’t want to put a massive beacon on my head

If all your other kit is camo then yes

but if you play at a site where people wear brighter jerseys / headbands etc... then not at all

also.. please don't wear them on your head
