playing footwear?

I play in "Fast" Walking Boots, which give support to my ankles, and keep my feet dry (I hate having wet feet). They allow me to run around like a loon, but grip the ground. They aren't great on very soft mud (can be a bit slippy), but any other surface they are fine.

I tend to go for astroturf shoes, they have the right amount of grip, i dislike walking boots as they feel too heavy in my opinion

I would agree with you a traditional walking boot would be heavy to play in (though your feet would be dry and comfy). A "Fast" Walking Boot looks more like a trainer, but with a walking boot grip on the bottom, are waterproof, and give ankle support, which is another reason I like playing in them.

I am using now Salomon X Ultra LTR GTX, really awewsome, a lot of grip and even more confortable than trainers.

I got the them from www.footballamerica.co.uk
There are other online shops that sell them though, so take a look around for ones you'd like, found that most of them sell for about the same price, these guys seem to have the cheapest delivery and they got to me in 2 working days!
