Im from Fareham (between portsmouth and southampton) but i can safely say i have never worked at Lashams
I work at Ambush Paintball in Botley most weekends though.
In answer to the first question regarding teams in Hampshire, there are quite a few... Team Animal are Hampshire/Dorset, Team Quake and another team made from marshalls at my site whose name escapes me.

whats the deal with Skirmish and initiations, after the Saturday night I couldn't sit down until the Wednesday afternoon. For all those who have worked there you know what i mean.
Oh btw I opted to keep my trousers on like a man and take the two shots.
For all those reading this I know it sounds a little dodgy in a sexual kind of way but it really isn't. Just very painfull.

I ended up taking a two shot initiation but without trousers because the first one bounced off my backside point-blank without breaking and everyone said it didn't count (so they did it again).
If we're talking dodgy a whole bunch of us from Portsmouth Uni Club were initiated on the same night. We were all getting the train home and whilst waiting at Basingstoke Station one of our number suddenly had a worried expression on his face and said
"You do realise that we're a bunch of blokes together in a public place all complaining about our sore arses?"
Boy did that shut us up suddenly
