We use coffee in these situations as it is so difficult to get the tea just right unless freshly preparred.

Coffee however tastes just as bad no matter how much you pay for it or leave it to stand

thanks for the hints guys... all is going well on this front and we're looking at having an official opening ceremony sometime in the very near future (probably 06 by the time its all sorted)

yeah good luck fella hope it works out! another thing you should include is pit girls to serve the tea in like lil hot pants and them nike tops that are real tight on the body wahay think of the custom!!!!
