so was this big upgrade just away for you to fill your pockets? :(
Fill our pockets? Do you mean, was there pressure from management to turn a loss-making exercise into a profit-making one? Absolutely. Hopefully, by the end of next year we will be able to show a profit for the first time on P8ntballer.com. I forget how long we've been going for now, but long enough that we need to start justifying our existence.

And you know those people who make guns and paint and stuff? They don't do it for the good of their health and neither do we.

And besides, the forums are still free, you can still make use of this service for nothing.

Capitalism?!!
Does Loco know about this?
What about the players?
Surely the players won't have to pay?
How is this for the good of the game?
If the forum members got their **** together and created thier own forum, which they control themselves, and take the power away from the money grabbing 'Industry forums' then they would control their own destiny....
If only there was some way of alerting them to the dangers they face! Could you give me a page in PGI so I can write an article about it? We could call it 'View from the Internet Forums', or something equally catchy......

Visit site
then i appoligies, with this website being in assotiation with the pgi magazine i always assumed you would run the website off the magazine's profits and if you were short of the cash and minus on a whole for profits, surely the way would be to put the magazine price up as it is not the most expensive magazine on the shelf.
i just realised this is me telling you how to do your jobs so i appoligise again if i offended any of you, i am greatful for this website. i just thought it was a bit tight you putting a price on the amount of pm's we can hold when i thought the company was quite a succesful one.
appoligies

So say you take out the $60 with a sub...

That's £34 (ish) by xe.com

In that you get:
A 12 month sub is £25
A copy of WPG is £5 odd
Barrel bag
Stickers
Plus all the benefits...

Seems like a reasonable deal to me. Plus like D-ster said you are welcome to continue using the forums for free. Nothing we offer Plat Club is essential - just nice to have. Like getting chocolate dusting on your cappuccino :)
