Er...well...no...as when YOU, serviced my cocker a few years ago, prior to my having a better understanding of them, and I asked you why you hadnt adjusted any trigger settings and such like...you told me, that you dont do that, that the gun was stripped and rebuilt, and that the regs were sweetspoted, and velocity set over a chrono.Which I acepted as being the way things were done.

Meaning...you didnt set the trigger up any different, or adjust any of the timing, it came back in FACT FST...hence, why I said what you quoted.

Was an E1 at teh time..so not a great deal of setings to adjust trigger wise...no TT filters

So..if I am mistaken, please correct me.

Skeet,

Just a little surprised at your blanket statement of "they won't adjust any settings on your board".

If a setting is obviously detremental to performance then of course it will be changed, why on earth would we neglect to do that?

If the setting can be enhanced, yes it will be changed as well, but if it is what we regard as perfect for your marker then why alter it? Maybe i'll get Flash to create a program where we can add a star to your screen if you got it right ;)

Now your opinion of what the ideal settings may indeed vary from ours, but i think its safe to say that we have our fair share of experience with Cockers especially where Eblades are concerned.

The trouble with adjusting triggers is what feels great for one user, doesn't always meet the requirements of another user. This is why the majority of markers that come into us for servicing leave with the trigger set exactly how it was sent to us as we assume that is how the user prefers it. If people want their trigger adjusted all we ask is that they try to describe how they would like it set when sending the marker in - simple as that.

Thanks,

Nicky T

It wasnt a Blanket statement, I actually said

"other than to make it work properly"

I never suggested that I know better, or think I know better than you regarding the settings.

Your certainly right of course, about the trigger settings...as I said, it wont come back with any special trigger setup on it...
