I've owned or shot every model of Ego, except some of the SL versions. I actually sold my Ego 10 after I got a 7. For me, the newer ones tend to be too long and a touch unwieldy, I love the compact feel of her and the consistency of the shots. Just feels so much better in the hand than any other marker I've shot. The only ones that I like even near as much are my beloved Alias Timmy and a Nexus Ego 06 which I've built from parts over the years.

Ego 6 and Ego 7 are immortal and agg markers. My one friend kept his ego 7 in a garage for 3 years and the marker looked ruined, when he opened the box of it the marker was wet through and all. So he cleaned it in 40 minutes and it was shooting like a newly bought marker
