Ye ALWAYS take batts out cos, if they hear a slight tic tic noise or zzzzzzzzzz noise coming from your bag! There going to think its a bomb lol

My reg has never came off my bottle, too much hassle, but on the way to spain, i just stuck a donkey on it, but on the way back just emptied it compltly and chucked it in me bag. Duno if this is allowed?

Airlines are ANAL, I worked on Aircraft for 27 years, they carry Co2 and dry powder extinguishers in the CABIN and 4,500 psi accumulators 3" under your feet !!!! Emergency Oxygen in the Overhead lockers

Leaving your reg on could work out expensive if they wanna look inside you bottle to check for illegal substances if the cant take the reg of your bottle they will just cut open your bottle to look inside Always best if you can is take the reg off what type of air system do you use

A fair point, however all these aircraft systems are cleared for flight, where as your bottle is not. Therefor if your bottle is unopened it counts as dangerous air cargo, open the bottle up and it nothing but a piece of metal.

B.A are cool with markers on fllights, when i went to miami i got searched inward and outward bound, both UK and US security wernt botherd what it was, also flew down to mexico (with american airlines) after miami they searched the bag too and couldent care less what it was
