Hello, I've played paintball a for a little while(about 6 months), and I've just bought my first and only gun (Spyder Imagine) last month. I play front alot, i like to sneak up and surrender(no shooting within 10 feet rule) players. Ive been eyeing the 32 degrees delta .68 pistol and have some questions.(And if it matters, I play in a indoor field with those blow up bunkers)

Can a pistol be good by itself(meaning playing w/ just the pistol)?

Do you have to cock the gun after everyshot?

How many shots can you get off with a 12 gram co2?

Which (in your own opinion) is the best pistol out there?

And finally, Do you think a pistol (for standalone or with rifle)would be good for me based on the info above?

Thanks in advance!

I really do hope it all gose well for you man and this pistol bussiness dont bother buy something thats gonna help you out like air or something.. or even put some green away and save up for a cocker or angel when your ready.. good luck matey

pt extremes are exerlent mugging fun(32 degrees ),my m8 took out 4 people in one game with one,you get 10 shots per load and 20/25 decent shots per 12gram co2.the only reason i sold mine is i needed the money for a pipe system for my speed, wish i hadn't though:(

I've used PT's............ monstrously unreliable, plus the quick release/gas loader gave me a couple of worries. No range, and if you abide by the law...... pretty much incapable of hitting anyone at more than 20 ft away :)
(it's a pistol......so 6 ft lbs of force allowed by law....... so it's only allowed half the velocity of a marker).

I've got a PT extreme (which is crap) and a zeus 40 made by armotech, it's really good, well made and suppriseingly accurate. I bought it off the guy who supplied the BBC with them M16 look alike paintball guns.

myth the marker dont make the player.. u can have the best marker in the world but a new player to game wudn't be able to use it the max

you will a timmer for example wud probs lose to a pro with a pistol!

use the spyder get the upgardes get into the sport and get good then get a new marker if you want to carry on and progress
