pipe kit or full freak kit?

I've had both, Pipe kit wins every time, no fiddly, dentable inserts. Just two pieces of supa smooth tube that ,if matched with the paint correctly, will give you spot on accuracy.

I found with my Freak that accuracy was a bit ****e, might have been doing something wrong (it was during my noob days) and I was firing a Voodoo Impulse.

Wouldn't worry about getting a freak, other team players had them and experienced no problems. I like the fact that with the pipe you've only got two moving parts to screw together, where as the freak you've got the two barrel pieces and them the insert too. One up side, which I think has been mentioned, is the bling factor. This goes for the freak, a nice chrome back and then a decent coloured front. The pipe only comes in Black with a choice of silver/white, blue,green or red tipsonly, which is a shame.

the more moving parts you have,has to effect the performance of the barrel,the best barrels imho are the old one piece boomys
the newer freaks are meant to be a lot better than the old ones for alighning though

You can't fault a good old one piece Boomie, accurate as fook!

the difference is, the powerlyte barrel kit locks the insert into place without orings, and also freaks are extruded not honed, basicly its like comparing erm..... a mazda mx5 to a lotus elan, posibley not the best analergy, perhaps try.... oh i dont know its 3.20 am think of your own danm analergys, im too tired. basicly the freak is mass produced to a budget and the scepter is a well made, no frill, no pay extra for the name, quality product, checkout the reviews http://www.pbreview.com/products/reviews/?year=&sort=&prod=1337&expdesc=1&page=#description .

if anyone would like to order a scepter let me know as im trying to put a big order together so we can all get a discount. p.s. the above is not a sales pitch, i dont stand to make money on this, infact im risking major debt if im let down. i just dont like to see people being ripped off.
