I dont think it would be a good idea for any of Jolt to do a birthday mugging on you Alex, then expect any sort of covering fire from the back at Dartford for the second leg.

How is the shoulder by the way, it didn't seem to cause any problems on field on Sunday thank god.

See you real soon buddy.

Later

:)

Alex and Gareth, I'm sure I can arrange a Cake if you are both good, as for the Ho's, I think this might be a BYOH event :D

I've been thinking about going to a Walk-on somewhere (London and surrounding pref.) on either the 18th or 25th of April (maybe both:)) and wondered what you guys would recommend.
The 18th is a Walk on at Holmbush (near Crawley) so you can come and have a knock about with the Geese.

Dont know what fields we will be playing yet, it depends how busy the site gets, but its always good fun with good play and no 'tude.

And on behalf of the Wild Geese, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

21 again? ;)

Damn, I haven't been to Holmbush for years!

Do they still have the Bus Field? And the Church (I remember helping build part of that field when Terry Glynn was still around, and Josie was running the shop;) )

How about all the Tourney fields up the back of the site?:)

Anyway - I'm looking for a different date now, am training on the 18th and D7's on the 25th.

Any ideas?

The Bus is gone unless your thinking of the old Camelot site? The Church field is still there but has been completly revamped and forms part of the 'punter' site. The Tourney fields at the top of the site are where the walkons are usually held but if the bottom 'punter' site isn't busy we get to play there.

Pity you cant make it. :(

Have a good one! :D
