Chris, if teams were moved up or tossed completely, would it be beneficial to name them and give them the proverbial scarlet letter to show the rest of the teams that someone is finally paying attention? I would guess that this would get everyone's attention and cut down on those trying it in the future, if they know that there are consequences

I wasn't taking notes on which teams were moved up, so I'd be a little uncomfortable saying names weeks and a month later lest I mess something up, and it's really PSP's call how they want to publicize (or not publicise) stuff about their league. I will say that in a lot of cases, I don't think teams are really MALICIOUSLY trying to play down, it's not like they're trying to put 4 proams ona rookie team, but they might have had 4 novices for a rookie team and eben like 'Well, we know there are other teams playing with too many proams, and our novice guys arn't really anything special, so it's not a big deal..." The ID system gives people like that an excuse to be honest without feeling like they're gonna get screwed over by other teams who are not honest.
