Now THAT is why I want to live near mountains :(

(kinda) getting back on topic - I think Facefull is much more like the snowboard mags where style and really cool pics make up for the lack of "real" content.

But hey - I will buy both mags - I don't see it as either/or :)

Let's be honest, there's a very small chance that either of the mags will actually get sold to a large number of non players.
So in reality both mags cater to the player only. And I have to say that Facefull looks nice, but contentswise I've heard more intelligent things during drunken stupors with my buddies. In the end contents will beat looks handsdown. If facefull doesn't shape up soon, I don't think they're gonna make it.

Just my opinion.

Backcountry? In WISCONSIN!?!?!?

Oh, sure, I suppose if you count COWS as backcountry, sure.

You want backcountry, lemme send you to a REAL PLACE to do it. Montana Backcountry has snowcat riding. I lusted to go there this year, but due to my wrist being broken, my season got trashed. But, I got back on ad rode after teh break.

(Oh, and just so 'yall know. Colles fracture, tehy rebuilt my wrist. 4 pins, 4 screws, 2 plates, and they used bone glue stuff to build up the 30 percent of bone I crushed. That's why I had the cast on at Skyball and Knoxville.)

But, topic... I'm still pissed off about being the trendsetter for paintball. Actually, I got into snowboarding in 1986. years before anyone else. Sheesh.
