The third edition is not for everybody, but it certainly is for me
;)

Had a first run in my possession at one time, It was also very nice. But it wasn't mine (sadface). I loved the slogan on the inside of the front collar ;)

Its back with its rightfull owner now :D:D (thanks btw;))

Deffo the best design of the bunch I reckon and the one I have seen most of when (on the rare occasions of late) that I have been out and about on the p.b scene. Hope to be back again sometime soon.....who knows, may see if Lump will let me pick up the reigns again and try get another classic put together:)

No worries, wouldn't have been right keeping it really. It was a very nice jersey though (still prefer mine)
;)

It's up to the Mods and whoever wants to organise it! (which is a hell of a task)

to be fair Chef was the original "idea man"/organiser behind the jerseys (with forum mod etc permission)

surely we;d be losing the "special edition" factor if we go for one every year?

That it is indeed as im sure Lump will testify after picking up the reigns from muggins :)

Dunno about that Alex me ol' mucker.......the key is in the design and TBF.....Sam smith is one heck of a designer, but he can only work with what he is given. The key to the success of the first design (IMO) over the others was the feedback that was given to him via the forum. As you know, I did the first two designs with the aid of the p8nt massive and on each occasion I fed back to him (almost daily) what you orrible lot where thinking/looking for. He used this info on the first run to great success but collating 30-40+ peoples thoughts and ideas into something workable is a 'mare' unto itself.:(
Your kinda right in a sense that doing it year in, year out does take away from the 'special' factor, but its more about it being personal to the forum. having said that, theres only so far you can go with ideas etc to make a jersey design 'forum friendly' etc what with logos an all. Thats why I think the 'platoflauge' design worked so well on the first run and if you all may remember....I tried to get the PGI logo on the first run as well to kinda commemorate our trusty ol mag (and make it even more special) but we had to move with the times being as PGI was no more :(:(:(:(

I still reckon theres room to make another uber cool jersey but it just wont have the same 'sentimental' value as the first run did (Again...IMHO).

Hope your all keeping well

I'd certainly be up for another tasty dish from le chef :) I'd mug my granny for a more woodsball-oriented design.

I thought the 3rd one was a bit of a dogs dinner (design-wise, all kudos to Lump for picking up the organisation baton) to be honest, reminds me of a 1980s ski jacket...and that's not a good thing. Have yet to see anyone wearing one....thankfully.
