If a sticker can so easily be confused with a hit then the need for the "no-sticker-on-the-hopper" rule is obvious. It's already hard enough to judge without making it harder. (Don't you love getting lit up when you move in for a closer look only to find some flame decal!)

Well...

Don't blame the guys over at PGI for taking what they can get. For many of us superstars, the very first thing we did when we broke onto the scene was negotiate contracts with the mags such that they can't use pics where we're seen to be hit unless we're clearly in the act of walking off-field or being pulled by a ref or in the dead-box, etc., including any "iffy" shots of other actions...this is so that we don't get nailed for cheating. So PGI's hands are tied. Hell, just ask Mr. Big about the gazillion shots he's got of me wiping, playing on with goggle hits, using a wireless 2-way on the field, cranking up my 'gun with an allen-key on-field, etc. Man I don't have to work at my squeaky-clean image...all I do is have my agent send a contract reminder over to PGI once a week and I'm square.

:D

Idea for tripling mag sales...

Think of all the wonderful pictures that must exist out there of our idols clearly playing on or wiping even. What a great cover story that would make! 5 or 10 pages of it would be a savory indulgence and would guarantee great copy sales and discussion for years to come. But, the powers that be cite "putting PB in a positive light" and avoid showing us for what we really are.:p

Or maybe Justin has a point about "contracts"?

No hamster is safe.
Ok you guys are scaring me

We have a really big dictionary in the bookshelf to my right, it has really small print and so includes a magnifying glass.

Its the "Compact Edition of the Oxford English Dictionary" and is so compact that it stretches to two volumes.

What is the cling-film for?
