Just want to add, a well done to the Fallen Angels. They are a first class bunch, even if the pub quiz skills are a bit lacking??Blakey the whole event was great, field turnaround and judging 1st class. Well done all.

Just another great day again by every one behind the scenes, even the weather was ok , Marshalls top draw, kept up with play, big plus for us we actually came in fourth , great to play against some top teams , all day ,
Kellys what can i say , this year these guys will take some beating , great new talent in the squad ,

just one moan , would have been better with some dead boxes in the coprners of the fields , as we didnt have a clue how many live players were still in ,at times , but that was the same for everyone ,

one word to sum it up Fantastic.

Thanks to all the teams for attending.

A big thanks to The Clan for supplying their field. They also get my personal 'best-game-of-the-day' award for their game against Chameleons- sure you'll agree that was a tough one.

Good to see Shockwave III making the trip up too.

Was a good day with some tough competition. Think we're gonna implement a few improvements for the next one- more easily identifiable dead zones and arm-bands for players to name a few.

Hope you all enjoyed it- see you all at the next one.

Great tourney,

No queuing or arguing and generally a relaxed atmosphere.

Marshalling on field 2, excellent (except for Yatesy I dont need him slagging me off when im trying to play )

Division 1 is looking good already and the standard of play is only going to get higher as the season progresses.

Maybe if you had a final or something it would stop everyone leaving before the games finished, but after 9 games with a 3 hoiur drive still to go we were spent to say the least.

One moan which is the Fields, we came up on Saturday to walk them expecting them to actually be available.....as we got there only one field was setup and that was deflated the other was en-route via the Clan. I understand there was a shortage of fields as the PA was held the same day, but people booked time off work to travel up only to find it had been wasted

Looking forward to maybe some warmer weather in Uttoxeter

Yeah No hard feelings to Freakshow, just as a warning to any team we play in the future if ya hand aint on your head you will ave the crap shot outta ya cos i aint avin that trick pulled again. Oh, and can we make sure everyone does know wot rules we are playing too as well.
