Nope have had no contact from the seller as of yet.
And thank you nitroball and all of the mod team for your help and assistance in dealing with this
Looking at past record, he seems a legit and nice guy. Maybe something overlooked or he has been extremely busy?
If he does not respond soon, i suggest those that have paid and not received there goods put a paypal claim in.

I'd be inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt for now, however do open a paypal dispute.
if there's a legitimate reason for him not posting out he can still sell the gear on once you guys have your money back.
Could be a personal issue but it doesn't explain his lack of response even though he's been online.

he got my stuff to me although it did take him a couple weeks, maybe hes just pretty busy like you guys have said
Yeah thats true he maybe very busy or have other stuff he's currently dealing with but o
ther people have recived there goods from and there sale/ deals where finalized after mine so makes me quite skeptical that I will ever recive my pants
And nope I have recived no tracking number or even a verbal conformation that the goods have been posted out.
Thinking about it now I should of asked him for a phone number or some kind of contact details just in case there was a problem like this my bad I will be sure to get a phone number off all people I deal with in the future to hopefully stop anything like this ever happening again
As you and nitroball both say he maybe busy or personal issue ect..... I will give him the benefit of the doubt and hold off on the PayPal dispute till the end of Saturday and wait for a response from the seller or goods to maybe arrive
The flip side of it is if you open the dispute he may well get his arse into gear.....
