you dont need to have the gun to hand to get the action and speed going,
i know a lot of people who tap away at everything around them,
just need to keep doing it, the speed will come but who have to put the effort in.
everyone is slow to start with, need to get up to speed with both hands as well,
shooting left handed is a skill you should try work on straight off the bat as well. holding the gun in your left hand pointing at people on tv will help you with that.

you say that youve got your trigger fully out already which surely means its gotta travel a good distance before activating?? surely if you bring the trigger in to a position where its close enough to the activation point without bouncing then you'll fly ...

am i wrong with that assumption?

ROFL @ the 5 finger shuffle!!!

Dunno if it will help but I spent ages trying to get the 2 finger speed up with my fingers straight (don't really know how better to describe it) and it turned out that I was naturally faster using the "rolling fingers" type of action where my fingers kind of roll off the trigger for each cycle.... try and see which you are more confortable with first and then exercise.

you mentioned you play bass and you felt that this would give you fast fingers. A friend of mine was in this position when he started, he could get a reasonable rate straight away but couldn't improve. If you relate the speed in semi mode of 15bps to music, that's 900bpm. I doubt there's many songs you play with that sort of beat.

You should work on accuracy with both hands before you work on speed. Speed does not equal a good paintballer. It is a fun skill to have, but its totally useless without any accuracy.

Make sense?

I doubts that 90% of ballers could achieve 15bps on true semi. But I know what you mean :)

i want to actually hold it and feel combfortable shooting it withought having my elbow out,(my elbow sticks out n i cant shoot when i put it down:(

my fingers kinda spaz out when i roll my thumb round the side
