OK, then I suggest you try thinking before posting.

You said 'Get your facts right'.

The statement I made was from a Millennium press release - unless you think you know better than the MS about what their divisions are for?

So my facts were fine, thanks. Now, instead of getting on your high horse try winding your neck in.

No-one is belittling your achievement, but you are playing in tha lowest division. FACT. Now, for all I know you guys might kick ass at Div3 or Div2, I guess the future will tell, but for now you are not in those divisions, so I suggest that you listen to people like Nick - you may learn something.

Does it say on the Millennium website that the M5 is the lowest division. FACT.. or is that just a personal pursumption as it is 5 man and not 7. yes designed for local teams but after the 1st event they decided to make it into the M5 series meaning just that, 5 man teams can enter who cant get 7 together for the events, so yes design for local teams but now its changed quite abit.

But lets just leave it theere shall we..

No, you're right, they set it up for local teams who couldn't afford tha time and money but obviously were better than tha teams that could...I must've misread tha press release.

I am leaving this thread - you can believe whatever makes y'all feel better.

Actually Mark the M5 was designed for "Rookie" teams only. Unfortunatley because there is no European player database inplace and no rules to stop anyone other than "Rookies"playing it, it is possible that Dynasty could enter a team called "Donknasty" and its absolutely within the rules.

That doesn' t change the fact that it was "designed" to be a series that the lowest level of player could afford to play in, therefore it was created as the lowest Division available to play within the Millennium series.

You are not mistaken, I have had long chats with the Millennium organisers about this, as they want us (the media) to help promote it for them.

They designed M5 as an entry into "big event paintball" for local 5-Man teams. They lowered the price, increased the games and all that to entice teams that don't think themselves ready to step up to still play a big event.

Next year M5 *might* be mixed with Div3, or it might get a self seeding system of its own, there are numerous options.

But sorry, the Millennium Series expects M5 teams that step up to 7-Man to play Div3.

I'm sure NK are very good, they looked good when I saw them and when I've played them at D7's, but please don't think it automatically means you'd walk in and place in the higher Div's.
