not strictly true.

Sideline coaching makes this all a non problem, unfortuanatly the millenium series just doesn't want to acknowledge this fact.

p.s. is that how you spell unfortuanatly? it looks so right and yet somehow, so wrong.

EDIT ADDED: unfortunately This should look right-er and less wrong. :) T (full service) FP

edit: cheers baca laca laca!

Public

Hi...

It is virtually impossible to control the public...
it is also possible to have guys from other teams talking just to try and f*** a team.

I talked to Steve before last game and personnally went to middle of the crowd (portuguese and all others) to try to keep everybody quiet so they do not interfere with the game....

We won plain and fairly...honestly don´t think we took some advantages of the crowd...

Woooows happen in every single game when great moves are made.......

thanks for all the support from everybody...
NPS Europe you were great...Cheryl, Jackie, John, Milou...I love you all....

Great Paint, superb Timmys...what else can we expect...

yes its true steve morris was the ref in question he asked the guys to leave the stand (they did'nt) but he couldnt do anything about it on the field damage was done, the guy was gonna pop up and shoot 2 paintoon guys in the back win the game etc etc then they posted on him and won.

shame there win was tainted in such a way.

:(
Excuse me but that is complete BS...i was in the stands and watched both games of the finals, nobody in the crowd was yelling anything to the paintoons, there was one person that did point to a player in the snake, but that person wasn't even from a portuguese team (British, don't want to reveal which team) and got warned by Steve Morris, and there were plenty of Maharadjas suporters on the stands too, and they also cheered when Paintoon players walked off, the Portuguese did the same, now off course there was talking in the stands, as there allways is, especially in a final like that one, but there was nothing shady going on, i did actually lose my calm and called out a check on a maharadjas player that had been hit in the face in the snake, and i apologize for that, as i got carried away and shouldn't have shouted to the field...
I think paintoon finally got their well deserved victory, congratulations to them, they had been working hard for it all season, it was about time you made it guys! ;)
Keep up the good work! Would like it if this got cleared up as paintoon played flawlessly and deserved their win, and don't want anyone to think they won because of some shady sh*t going on in the stands...

yeah its true, the crowd helped paintoons out the first game by calling out our positions.. however they didn't scream as much the next game.

it sucked losing a tournament because of the crowd but we will probably play against each other again and i hope we can have a straight up fair game that time ;)!

besides that.. it was a great tournament and we will definately show up at more millenium events!
