Aleluia Paintoon

The Portuguese team: Paintoon, (finally) won the gold in Division 2.

Congratulations to the guys, to Portugal, to Paintball, and to MAHARADJAS, for a great final.

Allez allez Paintoon allez

good, now that they've won something, maybe they'll finally move up next season...

Good result for a consistently strong team.

Question:
Is it true what I have heard that the Portugese Crowd in the stand were telling paintoons where/when maharadjas were in the snake and screaming positions. The reffs reply to this was apperently "I cant do anything about it"

Sux if its true.
Would like to hear from both sides if possible

What is the rule when the crowd is telling one team the possition on the oponents? Can the de DQ:d from the game?
Very much doubt it. How can a team be accountable for the actions of the crowd?

Also what would be to stop the opposition 'planting' people in the crowd to call for who they are playing to get them a dq'.

I know, but there has to be something the refs can do. Stop the game and remove the screemers, or something.

they could allow crowd participation like in xball and the pa.
then everyone would be doing it and there wouldnt really be an advantage, and a crowd the size of a millenium final would be quite hard to pick out anything in particular like player positions,

I know excuses are like...you know...but I would have been in that crowd to try and maintain some control but I was forced to stand in for the head ref because he suffered from heat exhaustion.

I suppose you realize how hard it is to watch four players in a snake about to blow each other's faces off and at the same time think about some strange mix of languages in the background?

Enthusiasms dampen a little when I have to yell at someone to be quiet or they'll have to leave and would cause the elimination of a player on the team they helped.

X Ball makes all this a non-problem.
