The marbalizers I bought were rapped in bubble wrap. Not sure if that's a standard procedure for Empire but it's never happened to me before.

No it is no better than any field rental. Paintball is an expensive sport. I don't want this to be taken in the wrong way but before you begin you have to ask yourself realistically "Can I afford to play?"

Just are good. I've ordered paintballs before and received them broken. But I bought 4 cases from Just and not a single broken one. Definitely will be buying from them for a long time.
