i think if paintball was in the olympics and there was drug testing nearly every pro paintballer would be stuffed

it would be good to have paintball in the olympics, but how many teams would compete 10-20 or more ???

I think the problem is less about how well known the sport is, I mean how many people do you know who go curling at the weekend? I think the bigger concern on the part of the Olympic committie would be damaging the reputation of the Olympics. They see the word paintball on a piece of paper and nothing else, decision made. Even if paintball met all the criteria I think misconceptions about the sport would be the end barrier.....best hope would be for an event organiser to invite representatives to a tournament, NPPL, and build relations from there.
