if you do it like that above it would be mostly in lower case, great fun to dance to! Y m c a, that is how i get my groove on.

goldfinger - superman is a good song

actually any music that backs DQ mixs are good, so watch and listen to them.

Try Ferona Vei (Come what may, Long and Hard, Can't Believe) and Rise Against (Give it All, and a bunch more songs) for starters. You aren't exactly going to be playing with your i-pod on so really it's just whatever gets you in the mood (ooooh, innuendo!).
There was a guy at the site I used to go to, who would put songs on his phone, and then clip that onto his goggle strap.

Could be quite risky if it's a fairly expensive phone though :D

That would confuse me if I moved out of time to the music.

Or maybe I'm just easily confused!

i like reggae.

Muddy waters or the toots and the maytals are my personal favourite to get me in the mood but its definately a personal thing.

In all seriousness, it is a personal thing, but im a huge fan of stuff like

Rise against, millencolin, anti-flag, A, The prodigy

I know others would prefer to listen to metal and others would prefer Hip hop or whatever the kids call it these days. Its just whatever music you feel will get you pumped up.
nothing wrong with reggae im a big fan myself
