Paintball on Eastenders this week was as dire as ever, people missing when shooting each other from three feet away and lifting goggles to talk to their mates all the time.

OH AND LOVE THE "TWO HITS AND YOU ARE OUT RULE", that will be in the Millenium rule book for next season .................... not.

Adam Woodyatt should have been showing them the ropes lol
BTW, that's milsim, not scenario, (unless the scenario happens to be a "Who Dares Wins" type scenario)..........and no, they are not the same thing.
But as to your question, I think it did state, all aspects of paintball, so there should be something for everyone, those already involved or even just wondering what its all about.
I thought scenario was paintball in the woods with a mission or scenario story, milsim is military simulation and usually means limited paint / clip fed markers?

Yes, but scenario does not have to be in the woods.
Its just that the standard for sites is the use of woodland. The definition of scenario paintball is the theme.

MilSim includes clip fed markers but limited paint standard markers may be allowed

These are MilSim'ers

Hi guys I just thought I'd put up some of the rules of our games as I understand them. If I have forgotten or have mistaken something please correct me.

Safety -

NO weapons to be shot outside of the woods!

Markers are to be set at 280-300 FPS. Last time it was felt that we had some people who could have shot through concrete theirs were set that high. We're here for the sport not to snap people.

Test weapons in marked out area and no where else as people might be out in the game zone setting things up unmasked. If no area is marked out as hosts where it is ok to test markers.

When a game ends make sure your markers are placed on safe. ("End Ex" will usually be called when you hear this pass it on so everyone knows the game has ended.)

If going back to the safe zone, safety weapons and drop your airlines as people will not be wearing masks in that area.

When someones hit and saying medic don't keep shooting them as this may be dangerous for your health, as I personally hate this and will beat you to death with your own g un
Remember there's alot of woods there to bury your body in
.

Medic Rule -

Area of a hit is from head to toe. Anywhere counts!
You have three lives.
If you are hit you stop firing play dead and are able to call for a medic.
You are not able to heal yourself, another player must get to you.
If we're playing quick rules they just have to touch you and you're healed and back in the game.
If we have bandages/strips of material these must be wrapped around the arm. (We were going to dress wounds but no one fancied treating groin injuries
)
You might have to drag the injured person to cover to treat them if they are in a exposed position.
You can have two bandages applied for your first two lives if you are hit the third time you go back to regen remove the bandages and rejoin the game with a fresh three lives.
When walking back to regen hold your rifle up and put your free hand on your head so as to clearly show people you are a dead man walking.
If no one can get to you in five minutes you have bled out. (This stops anyone feezing to death waiting for a medic in the winter.)
If you are over run while injured your a prisoner but generally will be allowed to walk back to your own team to join in the game again unless the scenario dictates otherwise.

Finally -

It is each individuals resposibility to act safely and to politely point out to someone if they are doing something incorrectly. Please remember we are there to enjoy ourselves, please be respectful to one another and obey the rules or otherwise you will be asked to leave. We are very very lucky that Milo and the guys have found this place and are gracious enough to invite us along to join in the fun.

I will be watching this when it comes on. Doubt it will be on a major sky channel though but will just have to wait and see.
