It's not the delivery company that refused it. It was my work place

They have a x-ray machine to make sure dangerous stuff don't come into the building. The person that saw the item in the mail room was part of security (ex copper) who then refused for the mail room to take it. They then said they tried to call me to come and sign for it as it's classed as a fire arm but i'm not allowed it in the building.

There going crazy about it. Funny thing is i've had a tippmann x7 with mods and 2 intimidators delivered here :s the security ain't that great

So for example, a Tiberius pistol would not be permitted to fire at above about 200fps (rough guestimate based on the numbers there) as pistols are only alowed upto 6ft/lb? Anyone who can clarify this? Bully?
This is correct. Anything classed as an 'air pistol' is limited to 6ftlbs of energy. Anything over then is classed as a section 5 firearm.

I know the delivery company wouldnt have refused it.
I thought you were the sender.

Its the senders responsibility to track down the parcel but unfortunately its sorta your fault for having it delivered to a place with security that refused it. If anyone has to pay for re delivery, its you.

So long as it doesnt look real a paint gun is no more illegal than a super soaker, but it may understandably be your companies policy not to accept guns of any kind on the premesis.
