Where did you buy it from?
For beginners id usually recommend buying a new marker with all of the associated support that comes with that. Can you take it to your local field and see if someone there can take a look for you?

I saw the video you posted on Facebook asking for help with it.. check through the manual I linked before and make sure the Dwell and Anti Bolt Stick are set to the factory settings.
Also.. the manual will have instructions for how to turn the marker on with the "eyes" off... so you don't have to hold the trigger down for a second before it cycles the solenoid (tries to fire)

Yea I was thinking of that I think I'm going this Sunday 3rd to mayhem play paintball so I might just take it to see what anyone is saying cheers
