If you want to get a job, its no good asking other people to get one for you. If you enjoy paintballing that much, then you are going to have to get some cash, and basically getting a job at a paintball site means you'll get to pick up tips from more expected ballers as well.

If you annoy the site owner then you have probably blown it, unless you can persuade him that you aren't the dick that he thinks you are. No one is going to employ you unless you can prove you are mature and responsible, especially not at a paintball site where safety is so important.
