Is it good publicity?

Well obviousley it's never good having paintball in papers for reasons like this - however, the fact that they quoted Bully as an official organisation, and got you guys in there as an organised team does put out the message that we do have some proffesionalism behind us and that its unlikely to be one of us that caused the damage.

Also with them mis quoting the speed - I don't think anyone in your local area will see them as a threat to society - hell you could outrun the damn thing! :D

Erm, it wasn't originally... but I guess since she no longer hangs around these forums I can take her off (when I can be bothered - see above)...

Last summer, a British contractor was run off the road by bandits on a highway south of Baghdad. The contractor, a former SAS man, got out of his car and pretended to surrender. When the bandits approached, he shot both of them. One didn't die immediately, so he clubbed him to death. The Brit was still laughing about it when Bill ran into him a week later.

apart from the miss quote the article is not bad, i agree with troggy.
At least the article gave a balanced view, and gave UKPSF a 'chance to reply' effectively promoting the sport as safe, people running round with paintball markers on the streets aren't participating in the sport, that was made clear.

My 2p. :)

We airsofters are suffering from this kind of stupid behaviour as well, I mean- what idiots would do that kinda thing? I might just expect that of a 12 or 13 year old, but cmon- 18? Thats seriously lame.
