Are they all stock barrels, plus are you using the right paint for the right type of barrel, i mean the paint your using for be too large for your guns

In the colder weather dwell set at stock can have a negative effect on paint.

Try upping your dwell 5 clicks and see if this makes a difference.

what hopper are you using?

if you get a chop, you'll get a lot more as your eyes will be off.

if it's you hopper causing these chops, without eyes your knackered - try changing your hopper batteries.

How many different ways can barrel be spelt...is it...?
Prolly the cold weather or as implied bad matching,which you can get away with easier in the summer due to the ambient temperature and it's residual effects on the fragility of the projectile...now go and find a dictionary....
