Hi there
Just played me first torny now i was going though like 4 pots and a hopper in some games (THE 1,s I NEVER GOT SHOT OUT OFF)
It was woodland and i was Mid/front player. now i now this is hard to answer but

What sort of amount of paint do you guys go though in a game
FRONT PLAYERS=
MID PLAYERS=
BACK PLAYERS=

The reason i ask is thinking of getting angel air and as i have a shocker i want a 1.1 to keep size and weight down but am worried about the amount of shots i am going to get

To be honest, ive always played front and have never gone over 2000 balls.

I only used 1 box in campaign as i dont agree with shooting s**t loads of paint.
And it wasnt because i wasnt shooting or gettin shot out early, it was because i hate shooting loads and loads at a bunker, i want the guy to come up so i can hit him, plus as i need to know where the other team positions are so that i can plan out a muggin without running into any surprises.

With them hiding behind their bunk, how the hell can i do that?

Run and pray? errrrrr no ty :)

As a back player my job is to keep people in, and to shoot lanes( yes plus a load of other stuff like communication etc etc), to do this I need to shoot alot of paint, around 7 pots and a hopper a game, more if I had a bigger pack!

And don't feel bad Hotpoint, keep training and one day you'll stay in long enough to get more than 10 -shots off. You may actually hit someone one day...
Seriously though the most paint I fired in one game was just over 1200. I would have fired more but my 4500 system ran out out gas :)

Normally playing back I'd reckon on firing 4-5 pots in a 5-Man game. I usually carry 7 though

If you get a 4500 psi system you should be fine. especially as a front player. I play back and can fire anything between 1 and 5 pots depending on the level of team, sometimes we will roll times quickly and use very little paint, if both teams are playing tight and not risking anything I will fire more, its always best to take more than you will fire, running out is a pain in the @rse.
