Yep they do look bad.
Yet another piece of kit we will have to spend out on.

It's getting to be a sign of the time though, with people sueing over the slightest thing. I suppose event organisers are thinking ahead to cover themselves against legal disputes later.

I have heard that it is not just the MPAL thinking about these. Who knows, if Millennium adopt a rule like this, nearly every tourni in the U.K. will adopt it as well!

Wickes hardware stores sell hard baseball caps. Not the most bling thing in the world but probably a lot cheaper!
Not tried one on I just saw them when the wife was spending my paintball money on a conservatory:rolleyes:

no, it's not just them.........read around it's looking like it may be a general rule for 2006. And they don't sell them....... there just happens to be an advert by a company that does :)
So cynical :)

Agree with you there mate. Rumour I heard was a general rule for headgear by most of the major events and if millenium adopt, every event in the U.K. will!
Also I heard that it needed to be approved type hard headwear, not just any old type. Hundredth monkey are already selling theirs as tourni legal and I think they have been approved for NPPL and XPSL.
As a matter of interest is there a stockist in the U.K. yet?
