Are there any facts to back up the hacker theory?

I'm not suggesting anything but "is it mere coincedance that once we have all parted with money for platinum memberships, that the forum goes off air for the length of a summer holiday" ?

Has anyone seen a MOD and are they now suntanned?

Mods are never suntanned, in fact the sun can cause them to burst into flame and shrivel away to nothing.

In an ironic coincidence a PGi staffer did spend the time the forums were down sunning himself in Egypt. But he got a bug and spent half of it on the loo - that'll teach him for getting time off!
