i think you should be allowed to use ur own markers - but if the noobs are complaining that they're being owned u gotta slow down. When I was a noob squaring off against 13bps wasnt fun

I agree. When my team is hurtling around blowing noobs to the ground, and opening up on them with autocockers from about 3 feet away, i can't help but feel a slight twinge of sadness for them.
Then i carry on.
