Jose, good point, but if you use inferior products that are not suitable for the job they're doing, isn't this a worse case scenario than the chance a reg will pass 4500psi. Jose does your marker not have vent holes on each stage of regulation, like an Angel. Surely the air reg has, and most lprs have.
The fittings that are currently being used are technically illegal, if a Health and safety officer took a look at this there would be chaos.
I'm waiting for responses form a number of manufacturers. Also a number of retailers who'm I have bought set up markers from..... I do a lot of HSE stuff at work and your posts worried me a while back................still no straight answers though. My problem is I can't believe I can buy something with a dangerous feature attached. No one has explained this to me yet. Russel (rulebook Russel) was also unconvinced. Still looking into it though.
As for Markers.......... Eclipse Eblade (geddon), Shoktech E blade (geddon), Eclipse shocker (geddon), Eclipse cocker (flatline), Timmy (geddon)............so it's not saving a few quid on fittings I'm stalling on this one for :)

The trouble with pneumatics, they don't use pressures above 200psi, so that's what everything is made for. The fittings i sell, are made for the lubrication industry, which has much higher pressures.
Smart parts are the ones to blame for the prolific use of push fits, their systems are perfect for pneumatic fittings as their pressure is below 200psi. When the shockers hit the market place with these push fits and hose, every one else jumped on the band wagon, and alas here we are with 230psi fittings being used on 800psi setups
My point is, at least using my push its you are physically able to pass up to 900 psi from the reg, SAFELY..!!

The right tools for the right job.

Jose, what do you use to connect the reg to your marker.

i can't see that happening, as the hp air systems are very safe, and well controlled as far as safety is concerned. It's how we dispence the air that will come into question.

Your hose kept blowing off, because you were not using my fittings and hose. Steel braid hoses are very safe, but for paintball markers, no safer than my fittings and hose.

Unfortunately steel braid hoses are not adjustable, the length you get, is the length you use. But my macroline hose can be cut to length to suit any setup, and bent to fit any shape.

I wouldn't have got into selling these fittings if i wasn't totally convinced that they are the complete answer to using macroline on paintball markers.
