Ever get an urge to fill them with garlic and silver?

Well, doesn't quite work like that.

Firstly, there is nothing to fill in the average bullet.

You could mold bullets from silver, then perhaps put them in a tumbler with some steel balls and garlic cloves, to kinda, impregnate the bullet with "Essence of Garlic", much like the Moly coating process.

I guess you could acquire true Hollow Points and in a Roy Scheider, Jawsesque style, fill the hollow point with silver, garlic and top it off with a high temperature wax.
