It also transpired after the event after talking to paint suppliers that neither Tim or Suzi have told them of the issue.

Nick also made a telephone call to Tim Barnett after the event eaving a message with Suzi to discuss the matter and he failed to return the call unsuprisingly.

As the captain of the SW for some years we took a lot of stick for not towing the party line and in more than a few occasions I had to hold my my team from smashing him to peices !!

Oh and Gooch it was good you seen the light and joined a great team !!

I do have lots of things to say about this from way back and I was never a fan at all and took quite a lot of crap because of the bull**** and we tryed as a team to help and support paintball and the guys still do !!

All I can say is phill at smart parts and Paul and the guys from bz were the mai reasons we turned up in force and played

Lots of people have been character assassinated even before this thread and it good to see what happening here

After the first super 6 there was a meeting held in Glasgow with me and Paul banks and Tim on how to make the sport better and all Tim wanted to at that time was **** over Andy sables and get him out the game !!! How's that for business partners and unlike robbo who more diplomatic than me if he calls me a liar I will find him and break his face with no hesitation !!!

I think that's the first time I've ever been described as that .....

Oh and Tony, sometimes in life, it's best not to react immediately with someone like barnett because there is no doubt in my mind that he would get you nicked in a heartbeat and the last thing I'd ever wanna do is spend one day of my life banged up because of a prihk like him.
And doing time would be a forgone conclusion if you've advertised your intentions so publicly ....

I've tried baiting barnett into meeting up with me man to 'man' but he's ignored all invitations and so I suppose he not as stupid as some may think.
He likes to give people the impression he can fight but he can't, it's a bluff.
I've little doubt that one day he'll get what's coming and a more deserving soul, I can't imagine but if you do feel the urge to go find him and remodel his features somewhat, superglue your ass to your sofa or let your wife/partner/girlfriend talk you out of it.
It's not cowardice it's pragmatism ....
Wounds eventually heal but if you do get banged up for a premeditated attack then you're gonna be banged up long after his wounds have healed - don't give him the pleasure.

There are many ways to skin a cat Tony and with all the enemies he's made, if he ever should fall foul of some kind of an assault then the list of suspects will be extensive.
In my opinion, there's only one thing worse than being banged up because of some as$hole, and that's to get bashed up, know exactly who sanctioned it / actioned it and there not be enough evidence to prosecute ....

If I can survive Iraq for 5 years I am sure I can survive anything he can throw and as for banged up !!
You would have to be identified in any said action as I believe there a very long list of people who would want the same so it would be hard to pick who it's was !!

And my threat was only if he presumed to call me a lair !!

Your right there are lots of ways to skin a cat !!
And just watching this from afar has been very entertaining !!

Tony, so far, our mutual friend barnett has ignored common-sense and pis$ed off a few people, who for want of a better description, can look after themselves, some of whom I've been in touch with.

We all agree that barnett is the sort of individual who would bully someone if he thought theyd not be able to defend themselves but if it ever comes on top for him and he gets served up, he'd be squealing like a little girl to the old bill.
It's his nature, it's part of what defines him.

Being called a 'liar' is the least of what he's called me, and others whom I've just mentioned.
None of us have resisted doing something because we're not able to do anything or indeed feel intimidated by any such action - it's been a decision borne out of the necessity to do things responsibly if you know what I mean.
I'm not sure if you know Dave Thatcher but he has a service background like yourself and he's well able to defend himself but drop him a line if you ever feel like snapping because of something barnett has said or done.
I'm in no position to tell you what to do but it would be a travesty if somebody got banged up because of a technical oversight if you know what I mean.
Keep yer lid on Tony, time is your friend here not your provocation.
