it should work with quicktime, make sure you have the latest version and if it says 'fiel not recognised' re-download it

VLC player is your friend, plays anything i've ever thrown at it
failing that, ace mega codec pack has always sorted out WMP

if it doesn't play, google the K-Lite Media Codec. You need a H.264 codec to play the vid.

I decided to bring up a relevant topic in here...

What's the general opinion about downloading paintball movies off torrents. I'm talking both about the DVD movies made by the likes of MWAG, Traumahead, DerDer, as well as the shows from ESPN2.

I have to admit that in my early days I did download some movies: Cereal Killerz and Dynasty Dyssected, but after watching them I went ahead and bought originals directly from the makers to show them my appreciation and to ensure their continued hard work. Since then, I try to buy dvd's directly from the producers.

Currently, the only non-original movies I have is the NPPL Super 7 show from 2 years ago.

Recently, I was approached by a player, who without beating too much around the bush asked me straight up if I would borrow him the latest DVD from DerDer so that he can burn himself a copy. I was speechless.

Suffice to say, that if I would have said yes, that particular dvd would be quickly found in the library of hundreds of players in my country.

What say you all?

support the vendors, deffo. If you buy direct off them as well, they get more profit. The industry is too small to go around ripping people off
