Ooooohhh, two Dynasty squads? is everybody scared yet? Only question though is how will th eteam split up? Will the top 7 stay on one squad and have a "B" team, so to speak. Or split the best guys up to make two equally devastating squads? Honestly I just can't see them playing with Lang and Greenspan etc...on different squads. Wouldn't it be slick if they ended up in the finals together? I do realize it's just a rumour, but am I not allowed to dream....?

Interesting thought

Sooooo, Tyler M to join full time - STP ain't exactly setting tha world alight - couple more cats too, and then get two teams into tha top 18. Two semis in next two NPPLs and a top four at last Mill. should do nicely. Dynasty's Dynasty...

What a money making scheme.... don't have Dynasty (1) play any more euro events but play them as usual under Dyansty 2 (or whatever they'd call themselves). And like TJ said that would leave 4 more events. Dyansty (1) has a spot in the top 18 no matter what so let their so called B team play as Dynasty (1) at the rest of the US events. They could get a 2nd team into the top 17 and sell it to a team who desparately wants into the top 18 for next year. I'm sure there are some big sponsors out there that would be willing to pay upwards of 100k to have their team in that position. This also shouldn't add to much to their budget this year with the last 2 US events being in their town and in Las Vegas. The only down side would be that they might not have enough people to work their booth selling their merchandise! :)

...and I just noticed I'm a 'Pro member' now. What does that entitle me to? Maybe some medical or dental coverage? maybe a 401k?

Only 3 events Boo - Campaign doesn't count towards NPPL, but that aside, you're right...selling an NPPL Pro spot off at the end of the season could make some teams enough cash to play all next season on in Div 1, and pick up some really good players.

Team X just scrapes into the top 18 and loses its two star players to Infamous and Oakland, so the captain sells his spot to, say, Gary Shows for arguments sake, drops down a division and rebuilds with the finances to attract great players and offer a free ride..nice long term building strategy for a young team.

well they just picked up 2 more players who played for an NXL team, so they're heading in my suggested direction ;)

...we'll see how long it takes to get TJ all the info on this. I wouldn't want to spoil everything and take away from the power that is the crystal ball. Because it is always knows first
