Oliver Lang to Ironmen

Whoa, that thread was full of some useless crap, but some interesting info. There is, in m opinion, definitely something that none of us know about the Dye deal, including Mike and Rodney.

There has to be some other reason why Ollie left, especially after SP offered him the same. However, I know I would feel slightly weird if my main sponsor only offered me a certain amount after someone else did. It would make me question why I wasn't worth that amount in the first place.

Also, I think going to Dye will help Ollie in the future, mainly financially. I see him becoming a major part of the Dye design, advertising and marketing departments.

Just my thoughts.

Congrats to Ironmen for a great pickup as although they are a great team this can only benifit them.

I don't think any more Dynasty players will leave as SP will tighten the reigns a bit but then again that may cause more players to leave........my head hurts:(

Oh and Andy I raise the $1 and a bag of chips to having your own pet Koala and $25 Australian ( about 1.5 pound:D );)

man dynasty fanboys make me laugh.

Its also interesting to see that the 'europeans' here are all commending him for what is obviously a smart move and all the americans are just hating on him :)

Good job ollie.

Hang on a minute - all this 'hatred' can be put down to one thing only - jealousy!

You all know you'd love to be paid real money to play paintball - it's just that Mr Lang has beat you all to it and made a business move.

Good luck to him, Ironmen and Dye on such a smart (no pun intended) move. Oh, and don't Dynasty have 'other' players that can keep the team up there? A bit like 'Salford Rangers' losing David Beckscum and Roy 'Break Ya Leg' Keane.

This will surely make the whole scene more interesting - rather than have a 'Chelsea' style team that own all the best players.

Yes - Dynasty are a great team - one for the 'pb hall of fame' - and I am sure they can still be amongst the top of their league (whichever they end up playing in). But now they may well have some real opposition.

It's a lot easier getting to the top - than staying at the top!
