Very nice boys except that maybe this lad is only a youngster and it's his first marker and can't afford to throw it away and replace it just yet.
try planet...i do belive that nick t used to work at smart parts.....so im guessing he knows his way round a shocker

because i used t for the 1st time.. it worked perfectly!
only chopped 1 out of 500 that i shot....
i turned it off.... took the bolt out cleaned it all out.....
(didnt take it to millions of bitz tho) and put it away!
got it out last sunday... changed battery... it chopped.. bloocked..
took time to restore the pressure in the gun before it fired again...
so i dont think timing is the problem
why not send it for a service anyway, cant do it any harm, and they can do the works whilst its there
