It's a ray of hope .... I think what's recently taken place was predictable when certain parties sat back and reflected on the sheer number of people who have been seriously pis$ed-off especially when you factor in the positions these pis$ed-off people hold.
Maybe it's a rights of passage that has to be negotiated but certainly, lessons will be learned but I fear one of the most important lessons to be learned is being ignored; in business, always be careful who you jump into bed with .... there are many, many people in our industry who can enlighten individuals as to who not to jump into bed with, it's not a long list but it's an important one ... what may seem like a good business venture can soon turn nasty if you are being nudged in a particular direction by a partner, and the 'partner' here is a snake in the grass .. of the lowest order and is about as trustworthy as a scag-head who needs a fix.
Sometimes in life, to move forward, you have to sever connections with certain people because you will be judged by association.
The dust is gonna soon settle and we'll see what's left standing ....

Eck, it's not so much anything's damaged [so far] but there is more than one issue here; I don't really like the notion of cornering markets, we have all seen what's happened with the MS but within that group there are some steadying influences anchoring the MS to some degree.
Problems arise when you have a reduced number of people in charge of anything especially when you also have two personalities, one of which is seen as an industry pariah and the other a burgeoning megalomaniac.It's an unhealthy mix of individuals that can only end with people getting hurt.
Mind you, it's a toss-up which one shafts the other and only time will tell on that score but if I had to lay money on it, I'd select the knife in the back coming from an old adversary of mine.
No, adversary is the wrong word to use there because it implies this person is regarded with a degree of respect, he isn't; he's a well known industry snake only doing things for his own benefit, and 'no, it's not abbott for the record'.
There's always seems to be a way out for snivelling ****-bags like this and it's one of life's injustices that we have to live with sometimes but hey, let's hope this time it don't go that way.

Nah, not German; but one of them thinks he's a frikkin general and the other one is well known for being a lying prihk with about as much moral fibre as a toilet brush.
This combination bears all the hallmarks of a disaster waiting to happen but sometimes in life, people get involved with others and don't think it through either because they have their own agenda or maybe because they are just niaive in such matters.
But these guys didn't start off with just the two of them.
One of our country's true visionaries foresaw the potential problems and got his ass out of this association and it remains to be seen as to what another associate will do in the event he takes a long hard look at just who he would climb into bed with, just to earn a few quid.
If what I believe is happening turns out to be true then the sh!t will really start to hit the fan and it will stick to anyone who's in bed with them.
