right here it goes.
after being very busy i have given the shocker a once over to see that everything is in order and have found that it isnt. i have replyed to the person via PM and have siad that i will give a full refund + £5 for the sheer inconvenience, i am sorry that this has happend and can assure you that this has never happend before. i have given the person who has paid a full apologie and there is nothing much i can really do.
just thought i would put it out there so that people do not get the wrong idea
